About The Position

We are urgently hiring energetic, dependable people to join our School Photography team as School Photographer Assistants / Coordinators. This is an active, hands-on position working inside local schools and helping our photography team create a smooth, organized, and positive Picture Day experience. While our photographers focus on capturing great photos, you'll help manage the students, teachers, and overall flow of the day.

Willing to travel to different school locations as scheduled
Comfortable with early morning start times

Team members who excel in this position may receive additional hands-on training and have opportunities to advance into School Photographer roles.

Responsibilities

Greet students and help guide them through the Picture Day process
Work with teachers and school staff to coordinate when classes report for photos
Keep students organized and moving efficiently
Distribute student cards and other Picture Day materials
Assist photographers with students and information throughout the day
Answer questions from students, teachers, and school staff
Help keep Picture Day running on time
Identify and help resolve issues that could slow down the process
Assist with setup, organization, and breakdown of the photography area
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Jump in wherever needed to help the team have a successful day
