About The Position
Euro School of Tennis is seeking reliable, energetic, and positive Coaches to teach beginner-level sports programs for children ages 5-10 (Grades K-5) at schools throughout the Bay Area. The role focuses on creating a fun, active, and supportive learning environment for young players. All lesson plans and equipment are provided.
Requirements
- At least 19 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must complete a TB test and Live Scan background check before employment
- Must provide a photo and short biography for the company website
- Must currently live in the Bay Area and be available for in-person work
- Applicants must already be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice To Haves
- Playing or coaching experience preferred but not required
- USPTA/PTR certification is a plus
- Enjoy working with children
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
Responsibilities
- Teach classes using company lesson plans
- Manage groups of 8–16 students
- Create a safe and positive learning environment
- Attend a 2-day unpaid training/shadowing session (2–3 hours per session)
- Take attendance and manage student sign-in/out
- Communicate professionally with parents and school staff
- Take a few class photos for program documentation
