About The Position

Want a job where you actually make a difference? As a BrightBee Paraprofessional, you’ll support students in local schools—helping them learn, grow, and succeed. You might work 1:1 with a student or support a classroom alongside a teacher. No two days are the same—but every day matters. We are currently partnered with the following school districts. During your interview we will go into detail about what assignments are available at these sites. The more sites and assignment types you are open to working, the more your earning potential is. School Partner: Bay Area Community Resource, Delta Prep, Futuro. Work 2–5 days per week (Monday- Friday). Schedule/Hours Available Full school day and afterschool available. Great as a side hustle or consistent weekly income. If you want flexible work AND meaningful impact—this is it.

Requirements

• 48 college credits
• Experience working with students with severe disabilities
• Pass a background check
• Follow safety and reporting guidelines
• Complete required school clearances

Nice To Haves

• RBT experience a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish)

Responsibilities

• Support students with learning and classroom activities
• Help manage behavior using positive reinforcement
• Assist during lunch, recess, and school activities
• Work closely with teachers and school staff
