About The Position
The School of Pharmacy is seeking a Peer Tutor who is currently enrolled as a pharmacy P2 or P3 student in good academic standing. This role involves providing clear and effective instruction to other students, fostering academic success, and demonstrating a commitment to professional development. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for teaching, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a pharmacy P2 or P3 student.
- In good academic standing.
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide clear and effective instruction to others.
- A passion for teaching and helping others succeed academically.
- A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
- A record of demonstrating professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be eligible for the Federal Work Study program.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Must complete a FAFSA.
- Must submit a Federal Work Study application if eligible.

- Prior experience tutoring, teaching, advising, coaching, and/or mentoring.
