About The Position

Fish & Richardson is offering the School of Fish program, designed to educate undergraduate and graduate students about intellectual property law and expose them to career paths in this field. The program combines virtual and in-person sessions, covering introductory IP law, career options, and professional development. Participants will receive a scholarship and support for exam preparation upon completion.

Requirements

• Be entering their third or fourth year of undergraduate study, or pursuing a graduate degree in a science or engineering field.
• Be enrolled at a U.S.-based college or university for the duration of the program.
• Demonstrate meaningful commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through involvement in school or community efforts.
• Attach a resume, undergraduate transcript (official or unofficial), and a directed personal statement to the application.

Responsibilities
