School of Business Student Associate
About The Position
This position reports to the Operations Manager in the School of Business and is located in Franz Hall 425. The Student Associate works as part of a team to provide professional-level assistance and is responsible for supporting the business school staff, faculty, and students. Direct supervision and training are provided. The position will be filled based upon schedule availability regarding office need. Due to the nature of this position, students majoring in Business, Marketing are preferred. We are currently looking for students to fill the following hours this fall 2026: Mondays, 1:30-3:30 pm, Thursdays, 1:00-3:30 pm, Fridays, 1:30-3:30 pm.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service on phone and in person
- Professional and positive attitude at all times
- Detail-oriented and motivated
- Positive team player
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
- Proficiency with video and photo editing tools and digital media formats
- Excellent written and communication skills
