About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to support students in a Washington school district. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a school setting by helping students develop the skills they need to participate more fully in their daily routines. You will bring your clinical expertise into a setting where your work can have a direct impact on students’ daily lives, collaborating with an educational team, addressing functional goals, and helping students build greater independence throughout the school day.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher from an AOTA-approved Occupational Therapy program.
• Have an active Washington Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for Washington licensure.
• Be able to provide in-person services in a school setting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.

Nice To Haves

• School-based OT experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Help students improve classroom participation and daily school routines.
• Share professional expertise as part of a collaborative, student-centered team.
• Provide in-person occupational therapy services to students in a school setting.
• Contribute to student goals, individualized strategies, and overall educational success.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and related service providers to address student needs.
• Support development in fine motor skills, sensory regulation, self-care, and functional abilities.
