About The Position
This position is for a School Nurse for the 2026-2027 School Year, working 187 days per school year. The role is district-wide and specifically for the Jackson County School for Exceptional Children.
Requirements
- Two (2) year degree in a R. N. program
- Minimum of five (5) years' of experience as a registered nurse
- Valid Mississippi state license to practice as a registered nurse
- Must pass criminal background check as prescribed by state statute
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Additional education as a School Nurse Practitioner desirable
