About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable School Nurse to provide short-term coverage at our school in Pingree Grove, IL. The nurse will support student health needs, ensure compliance with state health regulations, and collaborate with staff and families to maintain a safe learning environment.
Requirements
- Current Illinois RN or LPN license (required).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in school or pediatric nursing preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct health services to students and staff.
- Administer medications and first aid as needed.
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
- Monitor student health concerns and communicate with parents/guardians.
