About The Position

Riverbend Community Mental Health Center is seeking a dedicated School Mental Health Liaison to strengthen student mental health supports across the district. This role is part of an innovative project aimed at ensuring equitable access to care for all students. The position offers the opportunity to make a lasting, systemic impact within a collaborative, mission-driven team at one of the state's largest community mental health providers.

Requirements

A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
Eligibility for or actively holding licensure in New Hampshire as an LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is required.
A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.

Background in mental health, social work, counseling, or a related clinical field.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of uniting schools, families, and clinical providers.

Responsibilities

Foster powerful, proactive collaborations between schools, families, and community mental health providers (with a direct link to Riverbend).
Streamline service delivery by facilitating seamless referrals and coordinating comprehensive care plans.
Partner directly with school staff across all grade levels to offer expert guidance on student mental health.
Champion systems-thinking initiatives designed to build long-term, equitable mental health resources within the district.
