Requirements
- Previous experience working in a school cafeteria or institutional food service setting.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals in accordance with nutrition guidelines and portion standards.
- Assist with daily food prep, including chopping, cooking, baking, and assembling meals.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely (ovens, slicers, dishwashers, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, serving lines, storage areas and dining spaces.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP standards).
- Stocking, rotating food supplies, and minimizing waste.
- Provide friendly, patient service to students of all ages.
- Accommodate special needs and allergy restrictions as required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and securing equipment.
