About The Position
School Food Service Kitchen Manager needed for food service program in the Citrus Park/ West Tampa, FL area. This is a Monday through Friday, day shift position with summers off. No weekends or holidays are required.
Requirements
- School Food Service experience needed.
- Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in schools.

Responsibilities
- Oversee kitchen operation on a daily basis.
- Ensure all menu items are based on the guidelines of the NSLP.
- Serving and food preparation.
- Observe that quality and food safety procedures are being followed at all times.
- Observe that personal protection equipment is in use at all times.
- Prepare inventories and month-end paperwork.
- Oversee kitchen staff and staffing needs.
