About The Position
Food Service Management Company is seeking a Food Service Director for school food service in the Pennington, NJ area. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, day shift, with summers off. No weekends or holidays are required.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in NJ schools.
- Must be organized and able to work well in a team environment.
- School breakfast and lunch experience required.
Nice To Haves
- K-12, National School Lunch Program experience, and ServSafe® certification a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee that all safety and sanitary procedures are being followed.
- Place food orders, inventories, etc.
- Oversee staff, and operations.
- Review scheduling needs, and hiring staff.
- Prepare end of month paperwork.
- Report to area supervisor on a regular basis.
