About The Position
Food Service Management Company is seeking a Food Service Director for school food service in the Bradley, NJ area. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, day shift position with summers off and no weekends or holidays. The role involves overseeing operations within K-12 schools, ensuring compliance with the National School Lunch Program, and managing staff and daily tasks.
Requirements
- School breakfast and lunch experience required.
- Must be able to obtain the proper documentation to work in NJ schools.
- Must be organized.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee that all safety and sanitary procedures are being followed.
- Place food orders.
- Manage inventories.
- Oversee staff and operations.
- Review scheduling needs.

- Report to area supervisor on a regular basis.
