About The Position

The Arts Faculty Office is seeking a School Executive Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Head of School and School Manager, contributing to the effective operation of the School through coordination of governance activities, projects, programs and initiatives. The role manages key administrative processes supporting workforce allocation, including sessional appointments, timesheets, website and intranet updates, executive support to committees and working groups and the coordination of events. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, the School Executive Coordinator provides timely advice, supports continuous improvement initiatives and ensures efficient, professional service delivery. The role requires strong organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting the strategic and operational needs of the School and Faculty.
