About The Position

Children of America (COA) is seeking a School Director to manage daily operations, lead a team of educators, and execute educational programming for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. This role involves overseeing various programs including Infant, Toddler, Preschool, Pre-K, Before and After Care, and Summer Camp. The School Director will work closely with senior leadership in a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and sharing a passion for early childhood education. Requirements

Minimum Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA
Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a licensed childcare facility
Advanced knowledge in early childhood education
Flexible in challenging situations
Strong organizational skills
Ability to build strong relationships
Commitment to professional development
Effective decision-making skills
Proficient in the use of technology, including industry applications and MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Must meet state requirements
Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability and willingness to drive and/or travel up to 10% of the time for training, professional development, and organizational meetings
