About The Position

As a Celebree School Director, you'll be embarking on a journey of leadership and impact. As the driving force behind our mission, the Director is responsible for overseeing the School’s talent, brand, and operations. From nurturing talent to ensuring operational excellence and fostering positive community relationships, you'll be instrumental in creating an environment where people grow both BIG and small.

Requirements

  • Must fully meet all requirements to be a School Director as approved by the governing Texas state agency. This includes, but is not limited to, holding a valid high school diploma or higher degree, maintaining active CPR/First Aid certification, and completing all state-mandated pre-service and director trainings before the first day of work.
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct experience executing School Director duties. This experience must be verifiable through a previous official director position within a profitable, operating childcare or educational company.
  • At least 5 years of experience serving in a leadership role, with a proven track record of managing staff, driving team accountability, and successfully running operations. Candidates must provide official documentation or professional references to prove these qualifications.
  • Must be a highly organized, proactive professional who inherently understands how to prioritize tasks and consistently meet operational deadlines without supervision.
  • Must possess a valid, active driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the school’s success by actively working to achieve and exceed targeted enrollment goals. You will manage the inquiry pipeline, follow up with prospective families, and implement strategies to convert leads into active enrollments.
  • Act as an enthusiastic, collaborative partner to the school owner. You must be eager to align with our vision, follow established processes, and maintain a highly organized approach to daily operations.
  • Bring an open mind and a dynamic energy ready to evolve, adapt, and drive positive cultural growth within our school.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all federal and state laws, company policies, and procedures. You must be deeply familiar with the Texas Minimum Standards to ensure our facility always meets or exceeds licensing requirements.
  • Identify, recruit, and retain top-tier talent. You will lead staff check-ins, manage employee scheduling, and actively guide team development using structured Smart Plans and Career Pathways.
  • Foster deep, positive relationships with both our staff and our families. You will be the face of our exceptional customer service—welcoming new families with warm, thorough school tours and remaining highly accessible for parent meetings and daily connections.
  • Bring the knowledge, creativity, and organizational skills required to plan and execute meaningful parent-teacher conferences, as well as vibrant preschool parties, community events, and seasonal celebrations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the childcare facility, including meticulous financial management, organized record-keeping, and smooth operational documentation.
