About The Position

Qualifications:

Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure.
Counseling endorsement.
Elementary Education endorsement.
Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or
in any other content area, is preferred but not required.

Experience:

Experience working with students on the elementary level.

Responsibilities:

Ability to communicate and work effectively with principal, staff and
parents.
Ability and willingness to work as a team member with special education and
general education staff.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to compromise.
Good initiative, flexibility, dependability and organizational skills.
Strong sense of professionalism.
Strong classroom management skills.
