About The Position
Fallbrook Union Elementary School District is seeking a qualified school counselor for the 2026-2027 school year. As a member of the school counseling team, the school counselor will provide a comprehensive counseling program for students. This role involves consulting and collaborating with teachers, parents, and staff to enhance effectiveness in helping students, and providing support to other school educational programs.
Requirements
- Current/valid California Pupil Personnel Services Credential: School Counseling.
- Letter of introduction.
- Resume.
- Three letters of recommendation (preferably within the last year and at least one from a direct supervisor).
- Transcripts reflecting degree(s)/major(s) and postgraduate coursework.
- Out-of-State applicants must have a corresponding license and obtain the appropriate California Credential.
- Satisfactory completion of a pre-employment physical.
- Satisfactory completion of a drug/alcohol screening test.
- Satisfactory completion of fingerprint clearance with the Department of Justice and FBI.
- A current verification of a negative T.B. test or x-ray.
