About The Position

The ECS coach is responsible for developing teachers in one of the schools within our network at the elementary or middle school level. The successful candidate will have evidence of strong performance with educating students and coaching teachers. Coaches work collaboratively with school leaders and other stakeholders to enhance instructional practices, improve student outcomes and promote a culture of continuous improvement. This position reports to the school principal.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related field. Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years teaching experience in education, with a minimum of 2 years in a teacher development role.
• For elementary candidates, experience in the upper elementary grades is ideal.
