About The Position
The School Clinic Substitute Certified Nursing Assistant provides supportive health care assistance to students in a school clinic environment under supervision. The CNA supports basic student care needs and assists clinic operations in accordance with CCSD procedures. Requirements
- Active CNA certification listed on the Georgia Nurse Aide Registry required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Completed fingerprint-based background check
- Completion of CCSD clinic substitute orientation
Responsibilities
- Assist students with basic health needs within the scope of certification
- Support clinic staff with routine tasks and student monitoring
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment
- Document activities accurately using CCSD-approved forms
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Maintain student confidentiality and professional behavior
