About The Position

As a First Student Part Time School Bus Monitor, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home. This position offers a split shift, with guaranteed hours per school day, and no working nights or weekends unless desired. Additional hours may be available through trips and charters.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Availability for early morning hours.
• Subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee.
