About The Position
Illinois Central School Bus is NOW HIRING FOR THE 2026–2027 SCHOOL YEAR and is offering up to a $3,000 new hire bonus. They are looking for caring, dependable individuals to join their team as School Bus Drivers. Drivers are described as the heart of the community, keeping students safe and starting their days with a smile. The position offers paid training, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to bring dependent children along on routes.
Requirements
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license (minimum 3 continuous years)
- Pass background check, drug screen (including marijuana) & physical
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students
- Greet riders with a smile
- Support a positive and safe ride experience
