About The Position

NRT Bus is hiring for the 2026-2027 School Year! This is a Part-Time School Bus Driver position located in Abington, MA. We offer paid training for those without a CDL, and a sign-on bonus for fully licensed CDL drivers with P & S endorsements. The role involves safely transporting students to and from school and events, driving assigned local routes, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining a clean vehicle. We are looking for individuals who value purpose and community service, such as retirees, former professionals, veterans, and active community members.

Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
