About The Position

The West Morris Regional High School District seeks qualified candidates for the position of School Bus Driver. This role can be either contracted or substitute. The starting pay is $25 per hour. Optional extra work may include athletics, field trips, and Special Ed transportation, as needed, during the day and/or weekends.

Requirements

• Clean driver abstracts.
• Clean Criminal History record.
• CDL B License with P&S endorsements and air brakes.
• Minimum one-year driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive a school bus on assigned routes.
• Transport students safely to and from school.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain a clean and safe driving record.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and district policies.
• Perform optional extra work such as athletics, field trips, and Special Ed transportation as needed.
