About The Position

Now Hiring Part Time, Spare School Bus Drivers for Plymouth, MN. As a First Student Part Time School Bus Driver you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport. You will be there at the start of the students’ day with before-school pickup and at the end with an afternoon shift to bring students safely back home. No experience as a bus driver is required! We’re proud to train you with our industry-leading technology to help you succeed. Your day will include: Drive AM & PM routes at any Minnesota location. May cover different route at different location each shift. Not assigned a regular route, assignments based on locations needs. 5:30 AM and 12:30 PM report times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of school bus driving experience
• Are at least 21 years old
• Must have current CDL with School Bus and passenger endorsements
• Minimum of 1 year school bus driving experience
• Have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
• This position is subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee.
• DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour starting wage, based on school bus driver experience.
• Training Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour
