About The Position

Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements? ➡️ Earn a $5,000 Sign On Bonus (effective March 6, 2026) 💰 Pay & Schedule Pay: $33 - $35/hour Paid Training: $20/hour Charter/Activity Trips: $27/hour Schedule: Parttime, split shift (AM/PM) Weekdays only — no nights, weekends, or holidays Weekly pay + guaranteed minimum hours ✅ Why Drive with NRT? Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies
