About The Position

First Student is hiring Part Time School Bus Drivers in Harmony, PA for Seneca Valley School District. They are offering a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus for fully licensed drivers and a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus for New Drivers. As a Part Time School Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in your community and the lives of the students you transport, providing before-school pickup and after-school drop-off. No experience as a bus driver is required, as First Student provides industry-leading training. The role involves a split shift with potential for additional hours through trips and charters.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years old.
Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
Subject to DOT drug testing as a safety-sensitive employee.
Must not have a college degree or high school diploma (encouraged).
Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Nice To Haves

Previous driving experience in roles such as CDL School Bus Driver, Student Transportation Driver, School Route Driver, Substitute Bus Driver, AM/PM School Bus Operator, or Local CDL Driver – School Transportation is a plus.
Military experience.

Benefits

$33.00/HR starting wage, based on school bus driver experience and type of vehicle.
$28.00 training pay rate for experienced drivers.
$20.00 training pay rate for non-experienced drivers.
