About The Position

Local Motion, LLC is seeking a School Bus Driver to safely transport students to and from school and events. This role involves driving assigned local routes, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining a clean, safe vehicle. The driver will communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff, and adhere to all traffic laws and school district policies. The company offers paid training for those without a CDL and provides a supportive, safety-first work environment.

Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Nice To Haves

• Already a fully licensed CDL Driver (A or B) with P & S endorsements

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events

• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
