About The Position

Van Pool Transportation LLC is seeking a Part-Time School Bus Driver for their Mansfield, MA location. This role offers paid training for the CDL, so no prior experience is required. The position involves safely transporting students to and from school and events, driving assigned local routes, and performing vehicle inspections. Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events

• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
