About The Position

NRT Bus is hiring for 2 Mini Bus Drivers for the Marlborough School district for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a part-time, split shift (AM/PM) position, weekdays only, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. The role offers weekly pay with guaranteed minimum hours, paid CDL training, and opportunities for extra hours through charters and activity trips. NRT Bus provides home-to-school bus transportation for students in areas throughout Eastern Massachusetts, Central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.

Requirements

• CDL Class B (or higher) with P & S endorsements (or willingness to obtain — we train!)
• Valid DOT medical card—or able to obtain one
• Safe driving record
• Age 21+ with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• Effectively communicate in English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students to and from school and events
• Drive assigned local routes
• Perform pretrip and posttrip inspections
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle
• Communicate professionally with students, families, and school staff
• Follow all state/local traffic laws and school district policies
