About The Position

SOUTHLAND Transportation is seeking dedicated and safety-minded School Bus Drivers to join their team in Luseland, Saskatchewan. This role is essential, offering job security, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to make a difference by safely transporting children to school. This position is suitable for existing School Bus Drivers, stay-at-home parents, entrepreneurs, or retirees. As a School Bus Driver, you will be driving approximately 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon during the school year, with time off in July and August.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Clear criminal background check with VSS search
Clear driver’s abstract
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
Minimum 5 years of driving experience
Must have a safe driving record
Organized, punctual and reliable
Ability to communicate effectively
Navigation skills
Commitment to excellence in customer service

Nice To Haves

S-endorsement is preferred
Wheelchair experience will be considered an asset

Responsibilities

Driving approximately 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon.
