About The Position

Harlow's School Bus Services is seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable Dispatcher / Driver / Charter Coordinator to join our transportation team. This is a dynamic position that combines dispatching, school bus driving as needed, and coordinating charter and activity trips. Requirements

CDL with Passenger and School Bus endorsements preferred (or willingness to obtain with paid training).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer proficiency.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily school bus routes and driver assignments.
Respond to driver, school, and parent concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Communicate effectively with drivers using radio and phone systems.
Assist with emergency situations and transportation changes.
Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities.
Follow all company policies, state regulations, and safety procedures.
Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and school staff.
Schedule charter and activity trips for schools and community groups.
Confirm transportation details with customers.
Coordinate vehicle and driver availability for charter services.
Ensure trip paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and school personnel.
