School Bus & Charter Driver (Flexible Part-Time) – Paid CDL Training Provided School Bus & Charter Driver (Flexible Part-Time) – Paid CDL Training Provided School Bus & Charter Driver (Flexible Part-Time) – Paid CDL Training Provided Location: Lino Lakes, MN Rehbein Transit, operating under Minnesota Coaches, is a school transportation company proudly serving the Lino Lakes & Forest Lake communities since 1917! We are known for our strong safety culture, professionalism, and team-first environment. We are currently hiring School Bus Route Drivers and Charter/Trip Drivers to support daily routes, field trips, athletic events, and special transportation needs. Whether you already have your CDL or are starting fresh, we will support your success from day one!

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background checks, drug test, and DOT physical
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
• No experience required — we train the right people

Responsibilities

• Safely transport students and passengers on assigned routes, field trips, and charter events
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Assist passengers during boarding and unloading, including students and individuals with special needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and passengers
• Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures
