About The Position

We are hiring HEROES! School Bus CDL Driver Trainer Behind every wheel of a school bus or van is a driver making a difference in the life of a child. We are currently seeking experienced CDL drivers with training and mentoring experience to join our team as CDL Driver Trainers. This position combines route driving responsibilities with hands-on driver training and coaching for new and existing drivers. Requirements

• Current CDL with Passenger, School Bus, and Air Brake Endorsements required
• Previous school bus or commercial driving experience required
• Must have a satisfactory driving history based on review of state motor vehicle records
• Must have satisfactory criminal history and child abuse clearances as required by law and the Pennsylvania Department of Education
• Must pass initial and annual school bus driver physicals and tuberculosis testing as required by the Pennsylvania Department of Education
• Must participate in and pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing programs throughout employment

Responsibilities

• Combine route driving responsibilities with hands-on driver training and coaching for new and existing drivers.
• Safely transport students.
