About The Position

Cross Country Education is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavior Intervention Specialists (BIIs) to provide one-on-one support that helps K–12 students build confidence, develop positive behaviors, and succeed in classrooms throughout Beverly Hills, CA. This role involves providing one-on-one behavioral support to K–12 students, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans to promote academic, social, and emotional success. The specialist will support students in developing positive behavioral, communication, and self-regulation skills while fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment. Collaboration with teachers, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams is essential for monitoring student progress and implementing effective behavioral strategies. Accurate documentation and appropriate response to behavioral situations using approved intervention techniques and established protocols are also key aspects of the position.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience supporting K–12 students with behavioral needs in a school or pediatric setting
Valid Driver's License
Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Certification or willingness to obtain upon hire

Nice To Haves

Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred
