About The Position

The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a School Based Therapist to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Council Bluffs, IA! This position would be part of the health center's resource team on site at area schools. A community health center (FQHC) is the largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations. With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.

Requirements

1-5 years of experience working as a behavioral health therapist in a healthcare or school setting
Graduation from accredited master’s social work, counseling, marriage/family therapy and/or behavioral health education program.
Licensed as behavioral health professional to practice in Iowa (LISW or LMHC)
