About The Position

We’re hiring a School Based Therapist in Boardman, Oregon who wants steady hours, meaningful impact, and strong work-life balance. You’ll step into a school-based outpatient role focused on behavioral health services including assessments, individual and group therapy, crisis response, and prevention programming. You’ll work closely with educators, families, and community providers while maintaining professional autonomy.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field
• Licensed (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or working toward licensure
• Enjoy working with children and adolescents
• Comfortable providing therapy, crisis intervention, and prevention services
• Collaborate well with school teams and families
