About The Position

Liberty Education Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality virtual speech and language services to K-12 students. If you're passionate about helping students reach their communication goals while enjoying the flexibility of working from home, we'd love to hear from you! This is a remote/virtual position for a 1099 Independent Contractor working with K-12 students. The role offers flexible scheduling based on student needs.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of service.
• Must have PA license.
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for teletherapy.

Nice To Haves

• Previous school-based experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Attend virtual IEP meetings and provide input regarding student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete required service logs in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations.
