About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN) Elementary School Nurse Position Interim HealthCare is currently seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide healthcare support within a local school setting. The School Nurse will provide daily nursing care to students, respond to illnesses and injuries, administer medications, and help promote a safe and healthy learning environment. Requirements

• Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of New Hampshire
• One year of clinical working experience within the last five years preferred
• Current CPR Certification Required
• Pediatric, school, or community health experience preferred
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and first aid to students and staff
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Monitor students with chronic health conditions and care plans
• Respond to medical emergencies and assess student health concerns
• Maintain accurate health documentation and records
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers
• Promote health and wellness within the school community
