About The Position
Join Cross Country Education as a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and work alongside behavioral and special education professionals to help K–12 students build skills and succeed throughout the school year in Puyallup, WA. This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans and behavior interventions for K–12 students.
Requirements
- Active Washington Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) License
- Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Responsibilities
- Implement established individualized treatment plans and behavior interventions for K–12 students.
- Collect data, maintain accurate documentation, and complete timely progress notes to monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with the supervising BCBA, teachers, and special education staff to support student goals.
- Follow established behavioral protocols and ensure interventions are implemented consistently across the school setting.
