About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is excited to collaborate with a Michigan school district in the search for a passionate and student-focused School Psychologist to serve through the end of the academic year. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work with a diverse student population while playing a vital role in strengthening academic performance, emotional resilience, and overall student success. In this position, you’ll support students across various grade levels using an alphabetical caseload structure, providing services to both general education learners and students with 504 plans. Your expertise will help uncover learning barriers, address behavioral and social-emotional concerns, and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment where every student can thrive. As an essential member of the multidisciplinary team, you will lead comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations, analyze and interpret assessment data, and guide eligibility and intervention decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, administrators, counselors, and families to develop meaningful, research-based strategies tailored to individual student needs. Active participation in IEP and 504 meetings will allow you to offer valuable insight that drives informed, student-centered decisions. In addition, you will assist with consultation, progress monitoring, and intervention planning while maintaining compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines. Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology, Educational Psychology, or a closely related discipline.
  • A valid Michigan School Psychologist certification or license is required, or applicants must be eligible to obtain appropriate state credentials.
  • Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, along with effective communication and collaborative skills to support multidisciplinary teamwork.
