About The Position

Rehab Resources, a therapist-owned company, is seeking a passionate Part-Time/Full-time school-based Physical Therapist (PT) to serve students within the Ozaukee County School District. This role focuses on supporting students' physical development and functional independence within an educational setting. Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin (or eligible)
• DPI certification for school-based practice (or willingness to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited program with a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• License as required by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• A passion for helping students thrive in their educational environments

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs
• Address areas such as mobility, strength, balance, motor planning, and positioning
• Provide direct therapy in school-based settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support carryover of strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with school and state regulations
