Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of New Hampshire
Current CPR certification
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Compassionate, patient-focused approach and strong clinical judgment

Nice To Haves

Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience preferred
School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students with mobility, strength, coordination, and functional challenges
Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized therapy plans and student goals
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
Assist students with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, positioning, balance, and functional movement activities
Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
Educate families and school personnel on therapy goals, adaptive strategies, and safe mobility practices
Foster a supportive and positive environment that encourages student participation and independence
