School-Based Paraprofessional (K-12)

BrightBeeEkalaka, MT
$18 - $28Onsite

About The Position

As a BrightBee school paraprofessional, you will support students in local schools, focusing on their behavioral and socio-emotional goals as directed by each school site. The more sites and assignment types you are open to working, the greater your earning potential. BrightBee recruits candidates to support local schools and nonprofits. You will use the BrightBee app to claim assignments at schools/non-profits in your area and get paid a week later. Our goal is to help schools succeed and provide workers with the tools they need to grow in their careers. This role is for an independent contractor, not a traditional employment position. Costs associated with the clearance process (background check, educational aide permit, mandated reporter training) are the responsibility of the candidate, though bonus milestones are available to help cover these costs.
