About The Position
Sage Connections, a woman- and therapist-owned company, is seeking a W-2 Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2026-2027 School Year. This role is ideal for both experienced OTs and those new to the field, offering support from a team that understands the challenges and rewards of the profession. The position is located onsite in Pittsburgh, requiring services at various school sites, with a standard work week of 37.5 hours. The contract period is from ASAP to December 2026, with the possibility of extension.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- School-based experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services aligned with student IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine OT needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student participation
- Document services and progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
