Help students build the skills they need to thrive! Join Cross Country Education in Bloomingdale, IL as an Occupational Therapist and provide meaningful therapy services that support students’ academic, functional, and developmental success. Provide occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students, supporting their educational participation, functional skills, and progress toward independence. Interpret evaluations and assessment results to identify student needs and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the educational team. Deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions and monitor student progress to improve functional, academic, and developmental outcomes. Maintain accurate student records and consult with school teams to help students generalize therapeutic skills across academic and school environments.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
Valid Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) Occupational Therapist License
Minimum of pediatric occupational therapy experience required

Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
