Cross Country Education is seeking an Occupational Therapist to lead evaluations and interventions for a diverse student population during the 2026–2027 school year in Surprise, AZ. Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- Master’s Degree
- Valid Sensory Integration Certification
Responsibilities
- Evaluate fine motor, sensory-processing, and visual-motor skills to develop and implement individualized plans that support student participation and academic success.
- Formulate measurable goals for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), maintain detailed progress notes, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Partner with teachers, staff, and parents to recommend classroom modifications, adaptive equipment, and strategies that foster an inclusive learning environment.
