School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)
About The Position
Help elementary students build the skills they need to thrive during the 2026–2027 school year! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students across multiple school sites in the growing Buckeye, AZ community. Conduct assessments of students’ fine motor, visual-motor, and sensory processing abilities to determine eligibility and develop individualized goals. Provide therapeutic interventions across various elementary school sites, adapting strategies to support diverse student needs. Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement classroom accommodations and participate in IEP meetings. Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment plans to maximize student independence.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged students preferred
