About The Position

Join Our Mission to Support Student Mental Health! Wellness Together, a California 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, partners with schools statewide to increase access to mental health services for students and families. By collaborating with universities and graduate programs, Wellness Together provides cost-effective "turn-key" social-emotional interventions on school campuses across California.
Schedule: Work Hours: Monday–Friday, aligned with school hours Location: On-campus at assigned school site(s)

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field
• BBS registration in good standing (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• Experience working with youth impacted by trauma (preferred)
• Familiarity with CBT, ACT, and evidence-based interventions
• Ability to collaborate with school teams and families

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in a second language (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Offer crisis intervention and perform risk assessments
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and community partners
• Lead mental health workshops for students, parents, and educators
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA & FERPA compliant)
• Attend triadic clinical supervision and ongoing professional development
